In 2007 Sabrina moved with her family from Germany to Canada. She started out as a Child and Youth Care Worker and was thinking of becoming a nurse as she has always been interested in the medical field. When the family dog July suddenly went into kidney failure at the age of 15 years, Sabrina became very involved in her medical care. After July passed away, Sabrina enrolled in the Veterinary Office Assistant program at Red River College. Working with animals and people in a medical setting combined both of her interests. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2016 and started working at St. Norbert Animal Hospital in 2019. Sabrina enjoys having the opportunity to consistently learn new things and is also very interested in animal nutrition and behaviour.
At home Sabrina shares her space with her Labrador Border Collie mix named Coco The Black Pearl, her cat named Blu, her degu named Castiel and her partner with his German Shepherd mix named Harley.
