Stephanie began her career in Veterinary Medicine in 2019, starting as a volunteer, then working through many roles in a clinic up to Veterinary Technologist. She worked in clinics throughout school and graduated from the Red River College Veterinary Technology program in 2023. She has always had a passion for helping animals since she was young, she always brought home injured animals to help nurse back to health. In the clinic she loves performing diagnostics like microscope work and bloodwork, and helping clients understand what is occurring in the clinic to help them feel more comfortable in their choices for their furry or scaly family members!
When not at work, Stephanie spends much of her time taking care of her own plethora of pets. She has an Alaskan Malamute named Hera, a cat named Ajax, a blue tongued skink named Churro, a Mexican Black Kingsnake named Nigrita, as well as a veritable zoo of tarantulas and other arthropods.
